Stayed at the Rio, it was a ZOO !!I think everyone that goes to Vegas makes it a point to stop by. Stayed in the new tower, rooms are nice.Buffets were not all that others have made them up to be. Had the seafood buffet one evening and what I suspect was un cooked lobster tail ( If thats what they consider to be lobster out here)kept me in my room for the rest of the evening. Casino was always jammed (sometimes too much) and the craps tables were ICE COLD. Did not see a real good hand all trip. Sports book has a very low limit so be carefull. Was comped everything. Very nice employees and friendly dealers. I will never stay at the Rio again because I felt like I was held hostage. Sure you can take a cab somewhere or the Rio shuttle to the strip (that runs every two hours from the hotel to the strip but every 30 mins from the strip to the hotel) but it's nice to be able to get out and take a walk around. You can not do this at the Rio without taking your life in your hands.Did not win but am 2 for 3 this year so I have no complaints. Will be returning in Febuary and staying at the Monte Carlo or Bally's. Bill Rizzo Providence RI
